The client required a rapid turnaround to vacate their Mulgrave headquarters. The floor plan featured a dense layout of modern workstations, ergonomic seating, and heavy boardroom furniture. The primary goal was to dismantle and remove all items without disrupting neighboring businesses or damaging the building’s infrastructure.

To ensure a seamless transition, we executed the following:
