🏛️ Project Showcase: VicRoads Ballarat Office Clearance

Project Overview

In November 2025, following the departure of VicRoads from their multi-story facility in Wendouree, we were commissioned to perform a complete office clearance and make-ready service. The primary goal was to meticulously clear all furniture and assets from the Ground and First floors, ensuring the entire commercial space was left immaculately clean, tidy, and ready for the next tenant.

Scale and Execution

This was a large-scale logistical undertaking, requiring the swift removal of all functional office assets. The clearance scope included:

170+ Multi-Person Desks
Hundreds of Task Chairs
Mobile Caddies and Lockers
Large Meeting Room Tables and associated seating

Sustainable and Social Impact

A core focus of this project was maximizing resource recovery and minimizing environmental impact. We successfully implemented a comprehensive strategy:

Community Donation: High-quality, reusable assets, including numerous sofas, lounge chairs, and meeting tables, were successfully donated to local Ballarat community shops and charities, extending their useful life and directly benefiting the local area.
Resource Recycling: All remaining metal components (such as desk frames and chair bases) were meticulously separated and sent to local facilities for dedicated metal recycling.

Outcome: The project was executed efficiently and professionally, successfully clearing all assets from the extensive office space while prioritizing social and environmental responsibility, delivering a spotless environment for the building’s future occupants.
