Our team assisted the tenant with a complete office clearance following their move-out. The project involved efficiently removing and responsibly managing a large volume of office furniture and equipment to prepare the space for the next tenant.
Scope of Work:
- Cleared and removed approximately 200 multi-person desks, 170 mobile caddies, task chairs, and stationery cabinets.
- Donated selected furniture items such as sofas and tables to local community shops, supporting reuse and community benefit.
- Recycled metal components and other materials to reduce landfill waste.
- Ensured the office was left clean, tidy, and ready for the next tenant’s fit-out.
